Winemakers Approach	Grapes were sourced from top quality vineyards in Elgin, Walker Bay, Somerset West and Constantia.
The Vintage	Given the warm, dry conditions leading up the harvest, the fruit quality was of the highest standard, and the resultant wine flavourful and full-bodied.
The Winemaking	Purchased grapes were chilled overnight before careful processing in the cellar. Fermentations lasted up to 4 weeks, whereafter the wines remained on gross lees for 3 months before blending
