| The Vintage | High humidity throughout the growing season posed a problem for many growers, but with careful canopy management and cover cropping we negated this risk. |
| The Winemaking | Careful vineyard selection followed by berry sorting in the cellar provided perfectly sound, ripe berries which were then fermented in a combination of stainless steel tanks and open top wooden fermentors. The wine spent a period of 22 months maturing in the barrel. |
